In the late 1990s, I launched my gastronomic business on the Balaton coast, during one of the golden eras of the region. Then, at the turn of the millennium, my partners and I opened Zalaegerszeg's first unique nightclub. Returning to warm cuisine, the Robinson story began in 2003. Initially, we operated as a casual music pub, offering à la carte service alongside live concerts and other entertainment. By 2005, we had expanded to provide food and beverages for various corporate and organizational events.
In 2010, we relocated our concerts and music events to a new venue within a popular shopping center on the outskirts of the city. There, we ran a nightclub and event space for a few years, along with a cozy café during the day. Despite these ventures, my main focus remained on the restaurant, continually improving the quality of our food and catering to an increasing number of events. Today, we are dedicated exclusively to developing our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
